This website and the Space Screens publishing software are provided by the owner of the Space Screens YouTube channel.
The software
The publishing software is used solely by the channel owner to upload videos to the owner's own YouTube channel. It is not offered as a service to other users. Any use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
The videos
Videos on the channel are composed from publicly available telescope imagery, credited in each video and its description. NASA imagery is generally not subject to copyright; ESA/Hubble and ESA/Webb imagery is used under CC BY 4.0. Music is original, licensed or generated under a commercial licence held by the channel owner. Space Screens is not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA, ESA or any other agency.
Use of this website
The website is provided "as is" for information only, without warranty of any kind. Content on this site may be linked and shared; please do not reproduce videos from the channel without permission.
Changes
These terms and the privacy policy may be updated from time to time; the effective date above will change when they are.
